Joe has a great understanding of anatomy and phisiology paired with strengths in nutrition, Joe’s tailored sessions are sure to help you achive your goals.
As a personal trainer Greg has helped clients lose collectively over 1000lbs since his business started in 2013, as a fitness and nutrition specialist he tailors comprehensive fitness, training and nutritional plans to help you achieve your goals in a realistic way and helps you hit sustainable targets long term.

Claire has a passion for health and fitness and understands the struggle of starting a fitness program. She knows that with confidence, drive and motivation anyone can achive their goals therefore designs her sessions not only to motivate but to give confidence to those who may need it. Claire enjoys entering races such as invincible, tough mudder, 10k races and half marathons.

An ex competetive bodybuilder winning the Mr Wales title in 2013, I have worked across the spectrum of fitness. Qualified for almost ten years, my specialities are in weightlifting, strength and conditioning.
I pride myself in bespokly designing sessions based on individuals needs and abilities designed to ensure you achive your goals. I am versatile and adaptable as an instructor; therefore, I can ensure your sessions are enjoyable and innovative. My motivation comes from seeing my clients get results and I strive to work on a personal level to get you where you want to be.
With qualifications and experience of nutrition; I can guide you on the how to enhance your development based on the food you eat, adapted based on what you like. I strive to provide a complete personal training experience to help you achieve to the best of your ability.
Fitness and sports has always been a major part of Suzys life since the age of 6. She has been involved in a variety of sports from gymnastics to rugby and has also been doing kyokushin karate for 22 years and competed at the highest level.
Suzy believes that when someone commits to a training programme and adheres to regular exercising, it not only enhances them physically it also improves their whole mental wellbeing.
